CHILDREN – ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Children under 5 years stay free of charge for stays at AG LUXURY VILLAS IRAKLITSA when sharing a room with an normally charged adult (where appropriate).
SMOKING POLICY
Please note that all accommodations are NON-SMOKING, except outside accommodation.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in any part of our accommodation, with the exception of guide dogs.
PARKING
There is enough space to park your transport vehicle which is provided to the visitor free of charge on the main road.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF VISITORS
Accommodation rooms are available from 2 – 5 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be open until 12 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise required at the discretion of the room manager
Your room will be booked on arrival until 9-11 am after the first night of your booking.
In case you do not show up, we reserve the right to rent the room after 4 pm on the day following the first night of your booking.
TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION ROOMS
The accommodation of our tourist resort varies according to their size while they have small differences that are described in detail on our website agluxuryvillasiraklitsa.com. Our accommodation consists of 4 luxury villas fully furnished with important facilities, one of which has a swimming pool outside. During the booking process, if the desired room is not available, an alternative will appear. However, make sure that your reservation meets your requirements.

Advances are required for all prices displayed on the internet. Payment is received by credit or debit card, or by deposit in a bank account, or via paypal at the time of booking (or a little later). For details on cancellations, see the next section “Cancellations and Modifications”.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All cancellations and modifications must be made in accordance with the cancellation terms. Guests booking rooms on the Website should notify the booking link (iordanidoumar@gmail.com or agluxuryvillasiraklitsa@gmail.com). for cancellations up to 3 pm local time, 21 days before arrival. For cancellations 7 to 20 days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee is applied on the deposit. After this period no money is returned and their time is not allowed.
Upon arrival (check-in), the rest of all guest bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In case of cancellation in accordance with the cancellation conditions, the payment paid as an advance is barred and will not be refunded.

COMPENSATIONS
